The Kept House Retail Manager is a critical Kept House team member who is responsible for the Kept
House shopper experience. This role is designed to manage in-person sale
days, and potentially online sales events. Their objective is to create an environment that makes it easy to buy, and monitor safeguards to
ensure financial gains are secured. The Kept House Estate Sale Manager will report to the Director of
Operations.
Responsibilities
- ● Research and price items for estate sale and auction
- ● Prepare estate inventory for estate sales by staging homes for optimal buyer experience
- ● Sale Days: serve as a sales associate by providing item knowledge to buyers
- ● Sale Days: serve as theft prevention support by monitoring designated areas of the property
- ● Support shipping after online sales by preparing items and transporting items to ship
- ● Deliver excellent customer service consistently
- ● Manage cash and payment systems to on estate sale days
- ● Serve as a thought partner to KH leadership
- ● Affinity for antiques
- ● Ability to deliver white-glove customer service to buyers
- ● Reliable, ethical, and works with integrity
- ● Understand basic product pricing
- ● Ability to work flexible hours including weekends in a variety of locations
- ● Ability to anticipate customer needs

The Kept House Client Sales Manager is a critical team member responsible for developing long-term fiscally
beneficial relationships with partner organizations and neighborhood associations, as well as executing sales
with individual clients. This role is designed to create broad Kept House brand awareness and enthusiasm within
targeted industries; discover new ways of building trust within those industries; and meet monthly sales goals.
The Kept House Sales Rep will report directly to the Director of Clients & Sales.
Responsibilities
● Be knowledgeable of Kept House products and services by staying up-to-date with Kept House website, reading the employe handbook and asking questions
● Identify tiered leads and access those leads by understanding Kept House ideal client and when/where those clients are accessible
● Manage lead and relationship portfolio through refined, daily use of Kept House tools
● Answer questions about the products and services to Kept House leads, potential partners and business vendors
● Negotiate prices and terms within Kept House guidelines and prepare sales agreements
● Understand Kept House costs to produce goods and services to arrive at best pricing structure
● Manage leads portfolio to ensure conversion in order to meet sales goals
● Help arrive at optimal pricing for quotes, sale promotions, and negotiations
● Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports.
● Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients and partners
● Serve as a thought partner to Kept House leadership team
Qualifications

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Organizational skills

● Minimum 1 yr experience in sales related field
